This incredible invention is keeping girls in school

For Trinitas Kunashe, like many girls in Malawi, getting her period was unexpected, unexplained and a burden for her everyday life. Often, girls who do not have access to pads prefer to stay home and out of school for the duration of their periods.

But Trinitas is changing that with her amazing new invention:

Made from bright and comfortable locally-sourced fabrics, Tina Pads are a hit amongst girls in her community. They are waterproof, practical and fun – and most importantly reusable.

Determined to make sure no girl is forced to miss school because of her period, Trinitas is a passionate believer in the power of education to change lives.

I get so happy when i see people reblogging this version bc i had to dig through dozens of thousands of reblogs on mobile to make sure people find out about this incredible project… The world needs this!

Reusable pads should be a thing in our societies too because the regular ones are a big enviromental problem.

Hi! This is super random but I just decided to click on the first movie Netflix suggested to me: The Ritual. Some guys wandering in a creepy forest. Which sounded fine to me but nothing exceptional you know? And suddenly Rob James-Collier appeared and I literally yelled THOMAS at my screen and the film’s appeal multiplied by ten thousand xD I needed to tell this to someone who might appreciate it and you were my first choice bc Thommy 4ever. :’D Sry for clogging up ur inbox with this xD hugs! xo

aww, what a nice surprise in my inbox! *BIG-HUGS-BACK*:D i still haven’t watched the ritual but now i really want to because modern-au!thomas feels. 😉

I wrote a thing because of that video from the L’Officiel launch party where Armie smokes and pats the seat next to him and Timmy sits down obediently…

@firewithfiredeux @foryou-insilence @maraskolnikova @missmuffin221 @littlelovebomb @timelosserscmbynobsession @adhoori @elliebirdthings @cmbyn-ghostspots @694699 – I hope you enjoy a little dom/sub pwp

Armie was
looking up at his boy from where he sat at the table, playing with a cigarette
between his fingers before taking an almost greedy drag. Timmy was distracted
from the chatter around him, playing with his phone, his delicate pale face illuminated
by its display. The harsh light made his feature stand out more prominently,
especially in the festive gloom of the large reception room.

There were
people everywhere, talking, drinking, hugging while greeting each other. It was
the typical New Yorker gathering of the rich and famous, spiced by the addition
of the not so rich but soon to be famous. Timmy clearly fell in the latter
category while Armie and Liz belonged to the first – at least in LA. Here,
however, Armie felt unusually timid, a little out of place.

’I’m like you,’ he said. ’I remember everything.’

I stopped for a second. If you remember everything, I wanted to say, and if you are really like me, then before you leave tomorrow, or when you’re just ready to shut the door of the taxi and have already said goodbye to everyone else and there’s not a thing left to say in this life, then, just this once, turn to me, even in jest, or as an afterthought, which would have meant everything to me when we were together, and, as you did back then,
look me in the face, hold my gaze, and call me by your name.
