This is a disgusting display of misogyny, rape culture and white male privilege.

I really don’t want to hear anyone talking about how hard us men have it lately, or how the #MeToo movement is allegedly ruining “good” men’s lives, and has gone too far. If anything, it hasn’t gone far enough.

Judges, juries, police and the entire criminal justice system are openly hostile to survivors of rape and sexual assault.

This is why the #WhyIDidntReport and #MeToo hashtags are sO necessary.

Rapists are literally getting off scott free because people are worried that “their lives will be ruined,” but no one is concerned for the survivor’s life that was ruined. Nobody should have to be a survivor to understand why things need to change.
