tries to protect himself because he’s a man who’s dealing with emotions and
feelings that he doesn’t quite understand and that makes him, to be perfectly honest, a little bit nervous. That’s why he’s so quick to throw a “Later!” and leave because he just doesn’t know what to do with himself.
