“Ultimately, the goal is to focus on the work,” he says. “To create the
best art, to make something that is fresh and relevant and important. I
realised: the platform I have exists because of the work. With the work
comes more opportunities. But those opportunities bring a sense of
responsibility, too. It was just important to me, as someone young,
coming into this industry, to do something good.”
